Our Chef's Story
Chef Sam is a culinary master with over 20 years of experience in the hotel , resort and restaurant. He began his career in India working at prestigious hotels such as the Taj hotels and Radisson. He then moved to Canada and explore North America cuisines and cooking style working at various restaurant across the country. Before join the team at Royal Chaska.
Throughout his career, Chef Sam has developed a specialization in Indian and international cuisine with a particular focus on creating unique and delicious curries, biryanis, and Indo-Chinese dishes.
With his extensive knowledge and passion for traditional Indian cuisine, Chef continues to impress diners at Royal Chaska with his innovative and delicious creations.
